2.1 访问图片指定位置像素信息

返回的数据类型 Vec3b 是 byte[] 类型的;BGR顺序;cx[0] 为 Blue,cx[1] 为 Green;cx[2] 为 Red;这个与一般的图片信息 RGB 顺序不同;
