执行

python –m pip install —upgrade pip
twisted 18.7.0 requires PyHamcrest>=1.9.0, which is not installed.
jupyter-console 5.2.0 has requirement prompt–toolkit<2.0.0,&gt;=1.0.0, but you’ll have prompt–toolkit 3.0.19 which is incompatible.

1.
在 install 后面加上–user,如下面语句

python -m pip install —user —upgrade pip

2.运行

pip3 install —upgrade prompt–toolkit==2.0.4

安装运行jupyter notebook时报错：ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘prompt_toolkit.formatted_text’ – 青春叛逆者 – 博客园 (cnblogs.com)

3.先卸载扩展包

pip uninstall jupyter_contrib_nbextensions
pip uninstall jupyter_nbextensions_configurator

安装nbextensions

pip install jupyter_contrib_nbextensions

安装 javascript and css files

jupyter contrib nbextension install —user

4安装configurator
